Jamie Bump is a highly credentialed nurse practitioner and co-founder of Lotus Wellness & Med Spa, bringing nearly three decades of experience in critical care, advanced practice, and wellness medicine. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)—the highest clinical degree in nursing—and is dual board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC).
Jamie’s career began at the bedside in high-acuity hospital settings, where she developed exceptional diagnostic skills, procedural expertise, and a deep commitment to patient safety. Over the years, she has cared for some of the most complex and critically ill patients, experiences that shaped her meticulous, evidence-based approach to care.
In addition to her clinical work, Jamie has served as nursing faculty at Valparaiso University and Saint Mary’s College, educating and mentoring the next generation of nurses and nurse practitioners. Her academic experience reflects her dedication to advancing the profession through both clinical excellence and education.
At Lotus Wellness & Med Spa, Jamie combines her passion for functional medicine, hormone optimization, and medical aesthetics to help clients feel their best inside and out. She offers expertise in Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), medical weight management, and a full spectrum of aesthetic services including Neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Morpheus8, and EmpowerRF laser treatments.
Guided by her belief that confidence comes from balance, Jamie takes the time to understand each client’s health goals and designs personalized treatment plans that integrate both inner wellness and outer rejuvenation. Her Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) training ensures every procedure is performed with the highest standards of safety, ethics, and clinical precision.
When she’s not caring for patients, Jamie is dedicated to continuing education, staying at the forefront of medical and aesthetic innovation. Her approachable demeanor, compassionate care philosophy, and unwavering attention to detail have earned her the trust of clients throughout Northwest Indiana and beyond.
